In Decision No. 569/2026, the Athens Single-Member Court of First Instance held that an heir to an individual horizontal property who has not yet executed and registered the acceptance of inheritance does not acquire the legal status of owner and, therefore, lacks passive standing in proceedings arising from condominium ownership.
